Our Role as an Intermediary: Dajyu is a marketplace platform that connects customers with local artisans, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and shopkeepers in Uttarakhand. We act as a digital bridge; therefore, products are listed, sold, and shipped directly by the respective sellers.
Orders & Payment: Dajyu operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is made directly to the seller or their chosen delivery partner upon receipt of your goods.
Shipping & Returns: Shipping, packaging, and delivery are managed entirely by the individual seller. Any concerns regarding damaged items, returns, or delivery delays should be directed to the seller. Dajyu will assist in mediation between the buyer and seller to ensure a fair resolution.
Product Authenticity: We strive to ensure all products are authentic representations of Pahadi culture. Please note that because many items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and celebrate the uniqueness of the craft.
Limitation of Liability: Dajyu is a facilitator. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, quality disputes, or service issues resulting from products sold by third-party sellers on our platform.
Agreement: By placing an order on Dajyu, you acknowledge that you are entering into a direct transaction with the respective seller and agree to these terms.
